Featuring Guest Speaker: Commercial Mortgage Lender – Dan Kiel is a Senior Vice President with The Bank of Denver’s Commercial Mortgage Group. He is both a direct lender for his bank and a commercial mortgage broker for his bank. As a direct lender he can do smaller real estate loans from $100k up to $4 million. As a commercial mortgage broker, he can use any lender in the country for any real estate property type in the country; there is no upper limit on loans Dan can broker, with most brokered loans starting around $1 million. Dan started in commercial lending in 2006. He has a degree in Psychology from CU Boulder and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis University. He lives in Castle Rock, CO with his wife and two daughters and is a Colorado Native.
