Hope is a third generation Colorado native. With a passion for Photography which takes her to many of Colorado’s most amazing places. she enjoys sharing her wealth of Colorado knowledge with her clients. Having resided in the metro area her entire life, she knows the housing market and can provide you with expert advice on the right Denver neighborhood for you.

With a background is in Retail sales and management, where her attention to detail and customer service skills enable her to interact with all types of people in all types of situations. She is passionate about helping people, especially guiding them through difficult decisions to meet their objectives. As a Realtor, these characteristics allow her to guide her clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring that all stay focused on the client’s goals in the face of any challenges that might arise.

Hope is a proud mother of two children and wife to one great husband who found her career in real estate as her oldest child was graduating college. With the flexible schedule she is able to extend her passion for helping people to charity & volunteer work whenever possible.

Terri has been in the real estate business for 9 years. She was brought on as an office manager at the beginning but was soon drawn to the rewarding challenge of providing homebuyers and sellers with professional, responsive, and attentive real estate services. Terri is extremely familiar with neighborhoods in and around Denver. You can count on her to be available with any questions, prompt response time, and know that she will be diligent from start to finish.

As a Colorado native, Terri enjoys all Colorado has to offer, along with spending time with her amazing family and her incredibly adorable pup. Traveling has been a huge part of her life; experiencing new cultures and the incredible food from several different countries.

Blue Ballinger is the Chief Culture Officer for Trinity Team Real Estate at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, a full-service real estate company that specializes in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management as well as management of HOAs. • Realtor from 1998 to 2006 then retired
• Children’s teacher and administrator at Victory Church, Westminster Colorado

Blue is a loving wife, the mother of two amazing adult children and grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren. She was born and raised on the western slope of Colorado. She and her husband raised their family in Broomfield and now call Westminster their home.
