Bret Wagner

Bret is a Property Manager of Trinity Team Real Estate at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, a full-service real estate company that does residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management as well as management of HOAs. Trinity has over 100 years of combined real estate investment experience. Trinity Team Real Estate is adept in customer relations, sales, collections, and real estate management and focused on satisfying landlords and tenants by maintaining high occupancy rates.

  • Owned and Operated 3 Multi-million Communication Companies – 1997-2005
  • Purchased and Operated a Bar from 2005 to 2007 when he sold it.

Bret oversees the property management division which is versed in all aspects of leasing, marketing, staffing, financial reviews, and budgeting. He has been a full-time project manager for the property management side of the real estate business for the last 6 years. Bret is Highly professional and dependable, an excellent communicator and listener. He is very skilled at representing both the landlord and tenant by understanding both positions equally.

Bret was born in Muncie, Indiana and moved to Broomfield, CO in 1979 with his family. He is a loving husband and father of three adult daughters and grandfather to three grandchildren. When not working Bret enjoys family activities, riding his Harley, and coaching girls’ softball.


Trina Leubke

Trina is an exceptionally qualified Association Manager with Trinity Association Management. She has over twenty years of experience in managing multi-home communities (Homeowners Associations). Trinity Team has over fifty years of collective experience in managing community associations. Trinity is adept in customer relations, collections, and real estate management and is focused on satisfying landlords and tenants by maintaining good communication and high occupancy rates.

Trina has a great reputation for offering great customer service, attention to detail and teamwork. She is highly productive and dedicated with excellent communication skills, a hard worker with a positive attitude and an excellent problem solver who is genuinely interested in contributing to the success and profitability of the HOA’s she manages.

Trina provides a meaningful level of service to the communities in terms of governance, business, and community harmony by working closely with the Board of Directors, as well as responding to the needs of individual members.


Trina is engaged, has three grown children, three grandchildren, a cat, and two Shih Tzu’s.  She loves the outdoors, hiking, camping, jet skiing, 4 wheeling, volleyball, dancing, playing with her grandkids and dogs, gardening, and cooking. She also loves helping people who have questions about Community Associations.


Felicia Poliwka

Felicia is a qualified professional with Trinity Association Management, having over 25 years of experience in Accounting and administrative background in Homeowners Associations (HOAs). Trinity is adept in customer relations, collections, and real estate management and is focused on satisfying landlords and tenants by maintaining good communication and high occupancy rates. Trinity Association Management is like a second family. Everyone is so kind, supportive and caring of their employees and their clients.

  • Employed by a previous Management Company from 10/1990-01/2016
  • Office Manager & Human Resources Department Manager
  • Processed status letters, closing documents and welcome packets

Felicia is an asset to the Trinity Team and our clients and customers because she enjoys the one on one service provided to homeowners and vendors that may need help with an issue. She does the research to come up with the best solution to any issue in a timely manner. Because Felicia is well organized and completes tasks before their due date, she avoids problems before they arise.

Felicia’s greatest joy is to spend time with the family, especially the grandchildren. She enjoys going to the movies, bowling, and reading. Being a history buff, she loves to read about and research historical events. She and her husband enjoy getting away from their busy schedule and taking a drive in the mountains. Felicia also is a big football fan and loves watching football every Sunday with her husband.
