Professional Experience
Bobby Gonzales is an experienced maintenance professional with more than 30 years of hands-on work in residential communities, multifamily housing, and nonprofit facilities. Since joining Trinity Association Management in March 2023, he has supported the Lake Arbor Fairways community with consistent, resident-focused service and dependable technical expertise.
His career includes significant leadership experience, most notably with Equity Residential, where he was promoted to Maintenance Manager in 1997 and led operations until 2009. He later expanded his experience into mission-driven organizations, supporting transitional housing through the Coalition for the Homeless and Catholic Charities in Denver, and serving as Maintenance Manager for a Catholic Church in Brighton, Colorado
Military Service
Bobby is a proud United States Army veteran who served from 1975 to 1978 in the First of the 36th Field Artillery, stationed in West Germany. His military service established the discipline, accountability, and teamwork that continue to define his professional approach.

He completed formal training at Arapahoe Community College, earning his Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician credential in 1993
