Meet Blue
Blue Ballinger is the Residential Administrator and Transaction Coordinator for Trinity Team Real Estate at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, a full-service real estate company that specializes in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management as well as management of HOAs. Trinity has over 100 years of combined real estate investment experience.
Previous Experience
- BA degree from the University of Colorado Denver in Mathematics with an emphasis in Education
- Taught Secondary Mathematics in Boulder Valley School District
- NAR member from 1998 to 2006, then retired
- Children’s teacher and administrator at Victory Church, Westminster, Colorado
Blue is a loving wife, the mother of two amazing adult children, and a grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren. She was born and raised on the western slope of Colorado. She and her husband raised their family in Broomfield and now call Westminster their home.
Blue’s philosophy is summed up in these statements: “True Customer Service means concern after the sale,” and from Andrew Carnegie, “The older I get, the less I listen to what people say and the more I look at what they do.” Her favorite thing about working for Trinity Team is the continuing relationship Trinity Team builds with each client through good service during the transaction as well as continued support after it.
