Chad LeRoy is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience guiding clients through residential and investment transactions with precision and care. As Director of Sales Growth for the Trinity Team at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, Chad leads with strategy, integrity, and a deep commitment to client success.
After earning his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa in 2008, Chad began his career in the professional sports industry, working with elite athletes and organizations—including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2012, he pivoted toward real estate, driven by a desire to make a more personal impact. Since then, he has successfully advised clients through more than $65 million in sales volume, spanning 100+ transactions and nearly 50 fix-and-flip projects.
Chad’s approach is rooted in market expertise, relationship-building, and a passion for helping people achieve their goals. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families planning their next move, he delivers results with clarity and confidence.
Personal Life
Based in Denver, Chad is deeply connected to the community he serves. Outside of real estate, you’ll find him exploring Colorado’s parks and trails with his wife Jennifer, traveling across the country and abroad, or cheering on local sports teams—either in the stands or from his man cave.
