Chad Rohr serves as the Project Manager for the Trinity Team Commercial Property Management Division, bringing a comprehensive background in residential, community association, and commercial property management. Trinity’s leadership team provides over fifty years of collective experience managing residential communities, homeowners associations, commercial properties, and real estate assets, delivering exceptional service through proactive communication, operational efficiency, and integrity-driven management.
With more than seven years of direct community and property management experience, Chad has earned a reputation for exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership. His expertise includes association management, commercial property operations, tenant and vendor relations, project coordination, budget oversight, maintenance planning, capital improvement implementation, and board communications. He is committed to protecting asset value, maximizing operational performance, and creating positive experiences for owners, tenants, board members, and residents.
In his role with the Trinity Team Commercial Property Management Division, Chad oversees property operations, coordinates vendor services, manages tenant requests, supports lease compliance initiatives, and assists with property improvement projects designed to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction. Prior to joining Trinity, he held leadership positions in residential leasing and property operations where he developed expertise in tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance coordination, collections, project oversight, and board communications. His ability to address complex situations with professionalism and practical solutions has made him a trusted resource for clients, property owners, and community stakeholders.
Today, Chad leverages his operational expertise and customer-focused mindset to support both the residential association management and commercial property management divisions, ensuring properties are managed efficiently, tenants receive exceptional service, and ownership objectives are achieved.
Personal Background
Originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, Chad has called Colorado home since 1979. He is an avid supporter of the Broncos, Avalanche, and Rockies and enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle through hiking, kayaking, and camping. Chad and his fiancée, Rebekah, also enjoy spending time with their St. Bernard, Cooper.
