Meet Eric
Eric is a Commercial real estate agent and associate broker of Trinity Team Real Estate at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, a full-service real estate company that does residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management as well as management of HOAs. Trinity has over 100 years of combined real estate investment experience.
Trinity Team Real Estate is adept in customer relations, sales, collections, and real estate management and focused on satisfying landlords and tenants by maintaining high occupancy rates.

Eric prides himself on being highly professional and dependable. He has broad experience working with a diverse clientele and building professional and productive business relationships at all levels. He is accomplished in contractually representing clients in all manners of purchasing, selling, investing, and leasing commercial and residential real estate properties. As a dedicated leader with more than twenty years’ experience building a diversified portfolio of commercial property transactions, Eric oversees the commercial, residential and property management divisions which are versed in all aspects of leasing, marketing, staffing, financial reviews, and budgeting.
As a dedicated father and husband one of his favorite activities is camping and enjoying the outdoor sites of Colorado with his family. He also loves watching his daughters’ competitions and cheering them on. He is an avid bar-b-q-er and is often found on the back deck experimenting with new recipes.
