Before joining Trinity Team, Ian built his professional foundation at world-class organizations including Renewal by Andersen. His experience in high-level sales, operations, and customer value management sharpened his attention to detail, strengthened his negotiation skills, and equipped him to expertly manage the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. Outside of real estate, Ian is deeply involved in Colorado’s performing arts community. He serves as an instructor and designer for high school marching band and indoor percussion programs across the state and performs as a trumpet player with the 21-time world champion Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps. He also enjoys weightlifting and traveling, passions that reflect his discipline, creativity, and love for new experiences.
